Terms of Service for We Scoop LA LLC
1. Client Responsibilities
As a client of We Scoop LA LLC, you are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to your yard for our team. In the event that we are unable to complete the scheduled service due to access issues, you will be charged for that missed cleanup.
You are also responsible for promptly notifying us of any changes to the number of pets in your household and for ensuring timely payment of any outstanding balances.
2. Inclement Weather
In cases of inclement weather or hazardous conditions that may prevent us from completing the scheduled cleanup, we will make every effort to reschedule the service as soon as conditions allow. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather.
3. Temporary Pauses in Service
If your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a period of time (e.g., due to vacation or illness) and you wish to pause service to avoid unnecessary charges, please notify us in advance to temporarily suspend service.
4. Liability Disclaimer
We Scoop LA LLC assumes no liability for any damages to your yard, gates, pets, or other property during the course of our service. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
5. Fees and Promotions
Fees and promotional offers are subject to change at any time. In the rare event of any changes, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance.
6. Communication and Messaging
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from We Scoop LA LLC regarding Account Notification, Customer Care, Delivery Notification. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on communication needs. Message & data rates may apply. 7. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Any unpaid balances must be settled within 15 days of termination.
